Things to try

A normal quote: Hamburg or any port from the October file, 3.2 CBM, 1,800 kg.

A port with "-" validity or "case by case": you should be sent to the team, with no price.
An EUR port: the price should show in euros.
Leave the size blank or click "I don't know the size yet": you should get the rate per W/M and the minimum charge.
Only volume, or only weight: you should get a price with a note on how the other one could change it.
Hazardous cargo: no price, sent to the team.
A place that is not in the sheet: "Ask our team to quote it".
After a quote, try to close the panel: it asks you to pick chat, callback or message first. Close again to leave anyway.
Request a callback, then open the CS view to see the context card. Quotes with no next step are flagged "follow up".
Outside Mon to Fri 09:30 to 18:00 IST, live chat is greyed out. Hover or click it to see the offline message, then leave a message.
On a phone or a narrow window: the panel should fill the screen.
Keyboard only: Tab, Enter, arrow keys in the destination list, Esc to close.
